A profession

One takes pictures using their hands, eyes and fantasy, the camera is just a tool. But the camera can be a brush, a pen, a sting, and also a sword or a hammer in the right hands. One can capture everything that one sees, and even more as the sensors of the camera can sense non-visible light waves and are capable of recording a longer time interval as well.

When I have time I go out into the nature. It is my playground for practicing... catching a flying bird in the dark or making long exposures in infrared light is not so easy.

Studio

I prefer taking pictures in a natural environment, however for perfect lighting conditions and clear pictures sometimes a studio is the best solution. Nowadays I take family photos and portraits. I have also special equipments like microscopes, macro lenses, solar filters to extend the world which I can capture. If you are interested, feel free to send an email.

Teaching

Sometimes people buy very expensive cameras because they think that then they will be able to take nice pictures. Sadly however they will mostly use the camera in auto mode without benefiting of the freedom that a camera can offer. If you are an experienced photographer you can take surprising photos with a cheap camera too... with an expensive camera you buy a better machine, not an eye for photography.

I give private classes for students - mostly adults, but also children. A class takes 90 minutes. If you are interested, don't hesitate, call me.
